1. the MRBs (medium-rise buildings) with initial 30 thousand units mixed use housing development project for those affected by Gubat sa Baha and eastments, will break ground in the next few days,

2. a Monorail traversing the coastal area of Southern Cebu City Barangays,

3. a Pond A development at SRP side for tourism that includes Parks,

4. 7 bridges connecting SRP and mainland Cebu (under construction ),

5. a Linear Park beside the Monorail

6. and the 40 meters wide South Boulevard, similar to Osmeña Boulevard traversing from the waterfront areas of Barangays Inayawan to Mambaling with four lanes on each side and a wide center island, now in the works by the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH). (under construction )
