WHY DO WE NEED TO HAVE AN 𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐒𝐞𝐥𝐥 (𝐀𝐓𝐒)?

ATS is a mandatory requirement that needs to be secured by all real estate brokers 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿 to any selling or leasing activity.

There are property owners that seem to regard such an act of requesting an ATS as a lack of trust or confidence on the side of the property broker.

It has to be clearly explained that it is the 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙛𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙍𝙚𝙜𝙪𝙡𝙖𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙮 𝘽𝙤𝙖𝙧𝙙 𝙤𝙛 𝙍𝙚𝙖𝙡 𝙀𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙎𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙞𝙘𝙚 (𝙋𝙍𝘽𝙍𝙀𝙎) that issued a 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘂𝗺 𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝟭𝟵, 𝟮𝟬𝟭𝟵, that requires a signed ATS before commencing any real estate transaction.
